What payment types do you accept?

For all online payments, we use Paypal which accepts all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, Amex )

Are you able to send food products out of Singapore?

Sadly no, due to Singapore's regulations regarding food shipment.

When should I expect to receive my products, after I placed my order?

Orders are out of our Fulfillment Centre within 24 hours. Deliveries within Singapore should not take more than 5 days. Outside Singapore/International Shipping, your order should typically arrive within 4-8 weeks if all products in your order are in stock. However, some products have to be made to order, or ordered from our overseas merchants, thus shipping times may vary by products. You will be updated when your order is shipped, with a tracking number to check on. Alternatively, you may also check your order status with us via our email

Can I return my product and receive a refund?

Customers to return any Goods if found defect or wrong items  within 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery of the Goods. Please read about our return and refund policy to find out more.

Delivery & Returns

Local Delivery (Within Singapore)

Within Singapore, you get free shipping on orders above $300 (excluding furniture, high value products more than $400 and glassware), othewise the local delivery charges varies between SGD 4 – SGD 7 depending on the sizes. For local delivery in Singapore, we work with our Courier partner Easyship to safely deliver your orders to your doorstep, anywhere in Singapore. Check out our shipping policy for more information. If you purchase items from our Featured Brands, the sellers under that category will arrange direct delivery to you or via their appointed courier. The transaction will process directly between you and these Seller’s own e-shop and they have their set of courier charges and arrangement.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed after payment,  you will receive a tracking number with all orders within 5-7 days, so you can track your parcel online.

Delivery leadline for local delivery in Singapore

Delivery within Singapore should not take more than 5 days.  Outside Singapore (overseas shipping), your order should typically arrive within 4-8 weeks if all products in your order are in stock. However, some products have to be made to order, or ordered from our overseas merchants, thus shipping times may vary by products. For pre-order products, the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for each product is indicated on its product page, as well as in your order confirmation email. It may take a little more time to prepare some products for you, and may send your order in separate shipments so that you can receive part of your order first. We seek your kind understanding and patience, as we work into a smooth rhythm of coordinating with our emerging artisans, and helping them to grow and plan for future demand.

Delay in  projected delivery date

In the event you do not receive the Product by the projected delivery date, you are advised to inform CLUB ARTISANS  within 3 days immediately from such projected delivery date. CLUB ARTISANS will try, to the best of our ability, to locate and deliver the Product. If CLUB ARTISANS does not hear from you within 3 days from such projected delivery date, you shall be deemed to have received the Product.

Returns & Exchange of Goods

1. Due to the nature of these goods, all sales are final for cosmetics and supplements, perishable and digital goods. 2. Return due to buyer's remorse or change of mind or purchase by mistake are not accepted. 3. Return request due to  defects, damages or incorrect goods sent need to reach us by email or what’s app within 3 days of purhase  subject to identificaion and consent of CLUB ARTISANS or its seller. The delivery cost will be borne by the merchant or CLUB ARTISANS. There will be no payment processing charge and charge back to you. Kindly send us the proof of damage by photo email to or WhatsApp +65 8855456 Title – Defects goods. Once the return return is approved, we will arrange for a new replacement of the good(s) to be delivered to you. 4. Request to purchase Out Of Stock Products. Just drop us an email to and we'll see what we can do for you. Some of our products may be limited in quantity, or may not be in production anymore. We will, however, try our best to help you out
